FaceMood is an integrated digital entertainment and creative exploration platform, with a core positioning of Style Exploration, Visual Narrative, and Aesthetic Experience.
The services provided by this platform include but are not limited to:
All the above functions are essentially entertainment, creative suggestion, and aesthetic exploration digital content services.
Among them, the core aesthetic exploration functions (including but not limited to "IDOL AURA", "Style Archetype", "Fitting Room/Try-on" modules) use AI visual technology and Visual Style Mapping to assist users in exploring different style archetypes, idol aura, and visual styling presentations.
Some functions of this platform involve visual synthesis and stylization of facial features, which are only used for creative experiences of styling and aura simulation, and do not involve identity identification, identity confirmation, nor do they serve any form of identity substitution purpose.
All generated results belong to creative simulation and do not change or represent the user's real appearance or real-world identity.
All analysis results, star ratings, text descriptions, percentage indicators, generated content, and outfit suggestions presented on this platform are stylized deductions, narrative expressions, or entertainment presentations performed by algorithms based on public data, visual composition, or third-party APIs.
The above content is for entertainment, creative reference, and daily inspiration only, and does not constitute or replace any form of professional judgment, including but not limited to numerology, fortune-telling, psychology, medical, legal, fashion consulting, or identity verification.
Users shall not use any content of this platform as the sole basis for real-world decision-making, identity determination, or value judgment.
FaceMood is only available to adults aged 18 and over. This service is not designed for minors and is not suitable for their use.
Users must confirm and declare that they meet the above age restriction before registering or using core functions for the first time. If a user falsely states their age or allows a minor to use their account, the user shall bear all legal liabilities and risks arising therefrom.
Users may only upload image content owned by themselves or for which they have obtained legal authorization.

When uploading images, the user indicates that they have confirmed and agreed:
"I confirm that the uploaded image belongs to me or I have obtained legal authorization, and it does not contain any public figures or minors, nor does it infringe upon the portrait rights, privacy rights, or other legal rights of any third party."
If any legal dispute, claim, or damage arises from the user's violation of the above regulations, the user shall bear sole responsibility, and the Platform shall not be liable.
The AI system of this platform only performs real-time technical calculations on the overall visual composition of the image. Its processing flow may include feature vector calculation, geometric alignment, and stylized analysis.
This platform does not perform identity identification, does not establish biometric databases, and does not perform facial fingerprinting or cross-session tracking. All temporary data is released immediately after the calculation is completed.
The city or cultural style classifications used on this platform (e.g., Seoul, Tokyo, Shanghai, Taipei, Hong Kong, Nanyang, etc.) serve as classification labels for pop culture and visual aesthetic vocabulary.
The above classifications do not represent any judgment of nationality, ethnicity, identity, lineage, cultural belonging, or real-world background, nor do they constitute any value evaluation, stereotype, or identity inference.
Any banners, dynamic islands, pop-up graphics, or promotional information presented in the interface of this platform are legally considered information provision or invitation to treat, and are not part of the content of this service contract.
Any transaction, behavior, or legal relationship arising from the user clicking on the aforementioned content and jumping to a third-party website, service, or platform belongs to the independent behavior between the user and the third party. The Platform is not a party to such transactions or behaviors and does not bear relevant responsibilities.
The usage count, remaining quota, cooldown time, or other service status values displayed on this platform are instant estimates or system cache results. Their purpose is only to provide service status prompts and usage references, and does not constitute any form of guarantee for service availability, results, or experience.
If there is a discrepancy between the interface display and the actual service status due to device differences, system anomalies, display delays, or synchronization factors, the Platform shall not be liable for damages, but will assist users in clarifying the relevant status within a technically reasonable range.
Any percentage values presented on this platform are aesthetic narrative deductions based on image visual composition.
These values are highly random, artistic, and situational, and do not possess any scientific, medical, or real-world accuracy significance, nor do they represent a judgment of appearance similarity, identity, ability, or personal value.

All image content generated by the AI functions of this platform will automatically embed a non-removable label of "AI Generated / FaceMood".
Users promise to use the generated content only for personal entertainment and aesthetic exploration, and shall not use it for impersonating others, fraud, misleading, identity substitution, or any illegal acts.
The Platform has made reasonable efforts to prevent misuse of generated content, but cannot control subsequent uses by users outside the platform. If there is illegal behavior, the user shall be solely responsible.
For subscription-based or single-purchase content provided by this platform, the exchange object is only the depth, breadth, and style exploration content of the creative experience.
Payment does not imply that the analysis results are more real, accurate, or authoritative, nor does it constitute an endorsement of any real-world value, identity, or social status.
Users can initiate an account deletion request within the App at any time. After the account is deleted, except for transaction records that must be retained by law, all personal data, uploaded images, and generated content will be permanently deleted from the system within a reasonable period.
Users understand and agree that AI analysis results may be affected by factors such as shooting angle, lighting, and clarity. The Platform is not responsible for analysis deviations caused by non-ideal shooting conditions.
The Platform does not guarantee the immediacy, stability, or uninterrupted nature of the service. The Platform is not liable for any losses caused by system maintenance, third-party service anomalies, or force majeure.
The Platform reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. If users continue to use the service after the terms are updated, it is deemed that they agree to the updated terms. If there are major changes to the terms, we will notify users through App announcements or emails.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). For disputes arising from the services of this platform, both parties agree to the Taipei District Court of Taiwan as the court of first instance jurisdiction.
